One of my all time favourite author is Kagami Takaya who is a light novel writer
I enjoy reading the novels he writes and my all time favourite is the Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu (The Legend of the Legendary Heroes) series which also has been adapted into an anime series and manga series.
Also, Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi (A Dark Rabbit Has Seven Lives) another work of his, has been adapted into an anime, manga and some spin-offs.
I also enjoy reading his newest novel series Mokushiroku Alice (Apocalypse Alice) and one of the manga where he writes the story. I have recommended it before. The manga is called Owari no Seraph. Mokushiroku Alice has also been adapted into a manga series.
